Community Manager

The Community Manager manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures.

Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent, fees, and using the property management software to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the community.

Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultants will be responsible for the leasing of apartments, retaining existing residents, and helping to achieve maximum occupancy at our properties.

Maintentence Supervisor

Maintenance supervisors oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems.

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance technicians are generally in charge of the upkeep of a facility, such as an apartment complex or business office, and often have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, groundskeeping, carpentry, painting, and janitorial and electrical skills.

Make Ready Technician

The Make Ready Technician ensures that vacant units meet the established quality standards for re-leasing by performing technical and mechanical work that ensures the timely turn of all vacant apartment homes to market ready condition that meet the Company’s standards for occupancy.
